Biography
Timothy J. Dardas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Alma College in 1994. He worked at Bay Medical Center’s inpatient mental health unit from 1995 to 1997, at which time he entered law school at Michigan State University Detroit College of Law. In 2000, Mr. Dardas graduated cum laude from law school. Since 2001, Mr. Dardas has focused his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, automobile casualty and liability defense and professional licensing, discipline and credentialing matters.
Mr. Dardas is admitted to practice in Michigan as well as the United States Federal Courts in Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the Ingham County Bar Association.
Mr. Dardas has been a repeat ICLE contributor on the subject of medical malpractice and a repeat faculty speaker for Lorman Education: Litigation Skills for Legal Staff in Michigan as well as a speaker for Michigan Works: Affirmative Action vs. Equal Opportunity. Mr. Dardas was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Rising Stars Edition 2010.
